Build around elemental reactions and the time each character actually spends on field. Energy generation matters as much as damage: a burst that is unavailable breaks the next rotation. Invest in a compact team before chasing perfect artifact substats.

Compare characters within the same role and mode. The reference tiers keep their original scale; a higher tier does not replace team synergy or the equipment assumptions shown on the card.
Equipment choices
Start with equipment you can actually obtain. These are alternative recommendations, not pieces to equip together. Refinement, set size and team restrictions change the result.
Team building
A lineup is a starting point: check that each teammate is available and that your team can repeat its resource cycle. Replacing a unit also changes buff timing and defensive coverage.
